THE POCLAIN FOUNDATION, PURPOSE AND MISSIONS

The Poclain Group Corporate Foundation supports educational projects and professional integration projects for young people with complex backgrounds. It acts to promote industrial professions and to contribute to the common good​ having strong local impact and anchorage around Poclain sites around the world.

Innovative, Industrial, International of French origin, we help our off-road customers experts to meet the expectations of their market, through projects, systems and solutions for movement and power transmission, by exploiting components that we design, manufacture, and continuously improve through the integration of the latest innovative technologies and concepts.

 
Insertion

INSERTION

The Foundation supports all initiatives promoting professional integration (guidance, training, discovery of trades and business, support for entrepreneurship) or helping to remove barriers to employment (mobility assistance, access to digital technology...).

EDUCATION

The Foundation supports all projects aimed at providing access to education, basic knowledge and schooling for young people in countries where Poclain is represented.

INDUSTRIAL AFFECTIO

The Foundation supports all projects aimed at raising awareness and promoting the Industry, particulary among young people, to enable them to discover the sector's job propects and apply for positions with companies.

 
Local Foundation

LOCAL DEVELOPMENT

The projects supported must have a local impact, demonstrated in the areas where Poclain's industrial and commercial subsidiaries are located, and be a part of the developement of local cooperation and synergies.
