Sales Engineer Scandinavia

You are in charge of increasing the Turn Over and profitability of Poclain products and systems on the Scandinavian sales zone and within the Poclain group, through increased sales to existing customers and new prospects.

You prospect new markets and new customers to develop Scandinavian and group T/O and Poclain presence.
You elaborate the technical price propositions of standard products, or custom designed solutions, with respect to Poclain pricing policies.
You supervise outstanding payments.
You supervise delivery to clients.
You send a monthly report to the Subsidiary Manager.
You forward to the Commercial & Marketing Direction in France all relevant information regarding market approach, customer and competitors.
You establish sales commitment with distributors.

For Distributors and OEM:
You set up the annual commercial targets along with Poclain Direction.
You train, motivate and visit distributors in the field.
You guarantee the pertinence between technical proposal and the quotation to optimize sales and Poclain margin.
You suggest new sales organisation if required.

Regarding Key Accounts :
You make sure Poclain is aware of all new projects.
You manage technical & commercial points of Key Accounts and report to Poclain Corporate.
You forward Poclain Key Account Policy locally.
You negotiate and make sure all service rate Quality / delivery / price are achieved.
