Responsible for the area's overall P&L including responsibility for sales, gross margin, and operating margin
Motivate the sales team to provide optimum customer service while maximizing profits
Actively promote company products
Responsible for maintaining accurate sales forecasts and their timely transmission to the Group
Participate in the formation of group distribution strategy and policies
Enhance customer and company relationships by improving communication, training, and technical support.
Responsible for deploying and managing company commercial policies within GmbH regarding:
O The prospection and penetration of markets
O Pricing, warranties, and sales techniques
O Reporting and profitability for the area
Works closely with Application Engineering to make sure that contract review is applied according to group rules
Makes sure Distribution contract is kept up-to-date
Prospect new markets and new customers to develop territory's sales and PH presence.
